PDP’s Pizzeria is offering pizza kits for sale. We thought this may offer some good “at home” activity for either yourself or families with kids. Most of us will be spending more time at home than we are used to, and for the kids things will start to get old fast. There’s tons of fun in building your own pizza and cooking it in your own oven! Get creative and raid the refrigerator and come up with your own crazy toppings! Our kits are only available in a 12” style and come with your choice of 2-toppings, cheese, dough and sauce.

Roll Your Dough
On a Lightly floured surface, evenly roll your dough out until it is around the 12"-13" diameter range and place on a baking pan.

Usa a spatula or a spoon to evenly spread sauce around your dough. Leave about 3/4" around the edge without sauce.

Evenly spread the cheese around sauced area of the dough. Try to keep it as even as possible. Feeling creative, grab a little bit of your own cheeses and try adding some unique touches to your pizza. (Adding extra cheese and toppings may change cooking times)

Evenly place your toppings around the pizza. If you cannot decide who likes what, NO PROBLEM, share your pizza and put your favorite topping on your half and theirs on the other half.

In an oven preheated to 375 degrees, place your pizza in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked to your satisfaction.

After you cook the pizza, pull it out and let it stand for 3-5 minutes. Slice the pizza and enjoy!
